استُلهم موقع Lumii.me من تجربة شخصية. فقد شهدت مؤسستنا، لورا، كيف كان ابنها يواجه صعوبة في التعبير عن مشاعره — وكيف يمكن بسهولة أن تمر تلك المشاعر دون أن يلاحظها أحد. وبإصرار على تغيير ذلك، شرعت في بناء أداة تساعد كل طفل على أن يُسمَع صوته بأمان كل يوم. ما بدأ كتجربة عائلية واحدة تطوّر إلى حركة عالمية من أجل مدارس تتحلى بالذكاء العاطفي. يجسّد Lumii.me قيم الرعاية، والتواصل، والإيمان بأنّه لا ينبغي لأي طفل أن يشعر بأنه غير مرئي.

This page recounts the origins of Lumii.me, beginning with founder Laura’s personal experience of a child’s voice being missed and the consequences of that silence. Her experience inspired the concept of a system that collects daily voice, issues safeguarding alerts and provides a safe space for everyone in the school community. With input from education and safeguarding experts, Lumii.me evolved into a trusted Emotional Insights & Safeguarding System used worldwide.

Support from a caring family, a new school and an attentive community helped Laura’s son heal. In that healing, Laura found her purpose. She partnered with educator Mark Beedles to create Lumii.me – a system rooted in empathy, designed to listen and built to keep humans at the centre.

Lumii.me is founded on the belief that every child deserves to feel safe, seen and supported. Schools should be places of care, not crisis. By giving children a daily outlet to express feelings, and by providing early alerts and AI support, Lumii.me helps schools respond proactively. Lumii.me+ extends that support to staff, ensuring they’re not left behind. More than a product, Lumii.me is a community of parents, teachers, leaders and young people committed to doing better together.
