لوميبدأت بحقيقة بسيطة وقوية: يعاني الكثير من الأطفال من المشاعر التي لا يمكنهم التعبير عنها – وفي كثير من الأحيان ، لا يراها الكبار إلا بعد فوات الأوان.
رأت مؤسسةنا ، لورا ، هذا الأمر بنفسه حيث واجه ابنها تحديات لم يستطع شرحها بالكامل. سلطت تجاربه الضوء على واقع أوسع عبر المدارس: لدى الأطفال الكثير ليقولوه ، ولكن ليس دائمًا الكلمات أو الثقة لقولها. أصبحت تلك البصيرة نقطة البداية لبناء شيء أفضل.
مشكلة حقيقية. استجابة حقيقية
عندما بدأ ابن لورا يحصل على الدعم المناسب — في المنزل، في المدرسة، ومن خلال أشخاص يستمعون له — أدركت كم من الأطفال لا يصلون أبدًا إلى تلك المرحلة.
تعاونت مع مارك بيدلز، صاحب أعمال يعمل في تطوير البرمجيات التعليمية، لإنشاء طريقة عملية وقابلة للتوسع لكي يُسمع صوت كل طفل.
معًا، بنوا Lumii.me: منصة للعافية النفسية مصممة لتزويد المدارس برؤية يومية، ورصد مبكر للمخاوف، وفهم أوضح لما يشعر به الطلاب بالفعل.
لماذا نحن موجودون

This page recounts the origins of Lumii.me, beginning with founder Laura’s personal experience of a child’s voice being missed and the consequences of that silence. Her experience inspired the concept of a system that collects daily voice, issues safeguarding alerts and provides a safe space for everyone in the school community. With input from education and safeguarding experts, Lumii.me evolved into a trusted Emotional Insights & Safeguarding System used worldwide.
Lumii.me was inspired by a personal journey. Our founder, Laura, witnessed how her son struggled to express how he felt — and how easily those feelings could be missed. Determined to change that, she set out to build something that would help every child be heard safely, every day. What began as one family’s experience has grown into a global movement for emotionally intelligent schools. Lumii.me stands for care, connection, and the belief that no child should ever feel unseen.

Support from a caring family, a new school and an attentive community helped Laura’s son heal. In that healing, Laura found her purpose. She partnered with educator Mark Beedles to create Lumii.me – a system rooted in empathy, designed to listen and built to keep humans at the centre.
