How www.lumii.me uses cookies and similar technologies. Last updated: May 2026.

Note: The current version of www.lumii.me is a static site and does not set tracking, analytics, or advertising cookies. This notice describes that position and the limited categories of technical storage that are used. It will be updated if and when this changes.

1. The short version

www.lumii.me does not use cookies for tracking, advertising, or third-party analytics. The site is intentionally lightweight. We do not profile visitors, sell visitor data, or track behaviour across other websites.

2. What is used

Strictly necessary technical storage

The contact form is submitted via Formspree, a third-party form processor. When you submit the form, Formspree may use technical session data and a basic anti-spam mechanism to process the submission. This storage is functional, not promotional, and is required for the form to work.

Browser local storage (artifact functionality)

If a future feature on the site uses browser local storage to remember a preference (for example, your language toggle choice between English and Arabic), this storage stays on your device and is not transmitted to us.

3. What is NOT used

  • Google Analytics or similar visitor analytics
  • Meta Pixel, LinkedIn Insight, or other advertising trackers
  • Profiling or remarketing cookies
  • Third-party social media tracking
  • Cross-site behavioural tracking

4. Third-party services we do use

  • Formspree — for processing contact form submissions. Their privacy notice applies to that submission. Visit formspree.io/legal for detail.
  • Netlify — for website hosting. Netlify maintains basic server logs (IP address, request timestamp) for operational and security purposes, in line with their published privacy policy.
  • Google Fonts — Poppins (English) and Tajawal (Arabic) typefaces are loaded from Google's font CDN.

5. The Lumii platform

The Lumii platform itself (app.lumii.me, admin.lumii.me) is a separate environment from the marketing website. The platform's data handling is governed by our Privacy Notice and the Service Agreement signed with the school. The platform does not use behavioural tracking or advertising cookies.

6. Updates

If we add analytics or other technologies to the website in future, we will update this page with a revised "last updated" date and add a clear cookie consent banner where required by law.
