The numbers below come from active UAE deployments across Term 2 2025/2026 — a term defined by regional disruption and the extended phase of distance learning that followed. Every flag was reviewed by an authorised adult. This is not marketing data — it is the operational picture from a full term of pupil voice.
Across two consecutive terms, 182,238 pupil conversations have run through Lumii in UAE schools. Term 1 captured what classrooms look like normally. Term 2 captured what they look like through regional disruption. Both reports are published in full.

What stood out across the term.
Bilingual reach
A fifth of conversations contained Arabic. Each routed to staff in the language the pupil used — because Lumii's translation layer means the LMHM reasons in the child's chosen language, not around an English core.
Short messages flagged
"tired." "sad." "nothing." Three words or fewer was often all a pupil needed to send. Each read in context against their prior conversations.
Alerts surfaced
Early signals reaching staff over the term — without expanding pastoral workload. Most days, most pupils are fine. The platform's job is to make visible the days and pupils that aren't.
There was one student who always appeared cheerful and engaged. On the surface, you'd never have thought anything was wrong. But through Lumii, she was able to share that she was feeling overwhelmed and isolated. That insight allowed us to step in, offer the right support, and make meaningful changes for her.
