Note: These terms govern the Lumii.me marketing website only. Commercial use of the Lumii platform is governed by a separate Service Agreement and Data Processing Agreement signed between Lumii.me FZ-LLC and the school. For procurement queries: ask@lumii.me.
1. About these terms
These terms govern your use of the Lumii.me marketing website at www.lumii.me. They do not govern your use of the Lumii platform (app.lumii.me, admin.lumii.me) — that is covered by the Service Agreement signed with your school.

3. Use of the website
You may browse the website, download published resources for your school's internal use, and contact us. You may not:
- Use the website in any way that breaks UAE law
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to systems, code, or data
- Scrape, crawl, or extract content for resale or redistribution
- Use Lumii branding, names, or marks without prior written permission
- Submit false information through any contact form
4. Resources and downloads
Reports, case studies, guides, and other resources published on the Resources page are made available for the educational and operational use of the schools and audiences they are intended for. They remain the intellectual property of Lumii.me FZ-LLC or the named author. You may share them within your school. You may not republish, modify, or sell them.
5. Information accuracy
We try to keep the information on the website accurate and up to date. Pricing, regulatory references, and product details may change. The Service Agreement and current pricing supplied during procurement is the authoritative source for any commercial engagement.
6. Third-party links
The website may link to third-party resources, regulator websites, or partner content. We are not responsible for the content of those external sites.
7. Intellectual property
The Lumii name, the Lumii logo, the Lumii character designs, and the content on this website (other than third-party material) are owned by Lumii.me FZ-LLC. The "Lumii.me" trademark is protected.
8. Liability
The website is provided on an "as is" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by UAE law, we make no warranty about uninterrupted availability, accuracy of every detail, or fitness for any specific purpose beyond the website's stated function as our marketing presence. The Service Agreement governs liability in respect of the platform itself, and is the operative document for commercial relationships.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any dispute arising from your use of this website is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai.

We may update these terms. Material changes will be posted on this page with a revised "last updated" date.
